Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to all areas of the UK mainland only.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a text and/or an email with a tracking ID which you can use to track on the given courier website.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

Yes, you can choose a different delivery address from your billing address.

Can I order for friends and relatives?

Yes, you can order together with friends and/or relatives for a delivery to one address or simply enter their address as a delivery address.

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed and paid for your order, you cannot change it online. Please call us for any changes before the cut off time shown below.

Can I order without registering?

Yes, you can browse the shop, add to your shopping to the cart and checkout without registering with us. However, we recommend registering so you can take advantage of offers and make it easy to place your next order.

When will my order be delivered?

The following delivery times are applicable for ‘in-stock’ fresh produce. Estimate delivery dates for ‘pre-order’ goods are advised against each product.

Orders placed from Friday to Monday by cut off 11am, are delivery on Tuesday 9AM – 6PM

Orders placed from Monday to Tuesday by cut off 11am, are delivery on Wednesday 9AM – 6PM

Orders placed from Tuesday to Wednesday by cut off 11am, are delivery on Thursday 9AM – 6PM

Orders placed from Wednesday to Thursday by cut off 11am, are delivery on Friday 9AM – 6PM

Long shelf life products are delivered by cheaper alternatives which may not be overnight.

Note: There are no deliveries on Mondays, during weekends, bank holidays and the first day after the bank holiday.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery charge for your order depends on the weight of your order and is displayed before completing the order.

How do I add a new address to my account?

Go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘Addresses’ then click on the ‘Edit’ button to enter or change your billing or delivery address.

What if I'm not at home on delivery day?

We encourage you to have someone at home or provide delivery instructions when placing your order so we can know to leave with a neighbour or follow other instructions.

 

NOTE: If you do miss a delivery, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to return with your order on the same day and we also cannot guarantee the freshness of fresh produce.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes. However, as we are an internet business we prefer orders to be placed through our website, however if you are having difficulty placing your order via our website we are always happy to assist.

What do I do if my parcel is damaged?

If your parcel has visible damage when received, please advise the delivery driver and do not sign for it. If you are not happy with the quality of your goods, please advise within 24 hours for perishable goods.

What happens if I forget my password?

When you try to log in, select the Forgotten your password? link. Follow the instructions and we’ll email you a link so you can reset your password.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Debit, Switch and American Express. You can also pay with PayPal.
